Pasta Muddica

A great simple tasty pasta




Serves 2

1 Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic sliced and chopped
1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
12 anchovies
3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs.
200g pasta
30g Parsley
150g pancetta
18 Olives
Olive Oil

1. Finely chop the onions and fry with a tbsp of the oil till golden brown and soft
2. Add the chilli flakes and the garlic and fry for about a minute
3. Add the anchovies and fry for about another two minutes
4. Put the pancho breadcrumbs in a dry pan and brown them
5. Cook the pasta for about 12 minutes
6. Drain the pasta and add to the mixture and add in the parsley.
7. Serve and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the pasta
